Shipping & Local Houston Delivery Info
• We ship Tuesday thru Saturday with UPS.
• We cannot guarantee a specific arrival date however if Ground shipping is selected most shipments follow the estimated transit map times below.
• Our cookies stay fresh for 7 days when kept in their original wrapping.
• Please make sure the correct delivery address is provided, and contact us immediately if a delivery address requires revision. We ship to addresses as provided and cannot replace cookies sent to a wrong or mistyped address.
• Packages can be tracked using the tracking number provided in an email you will receive once your order ships.
• Please be on the lookout for your package so your cookies don't get melted, frozen or meet some other unwanted fate! We are NOT responsible for items left unattended once they have been delivered.
• Carrier does not deliver on Sundays. Carrier will sometimes on Saturdays depending on destination location.
• Due to carrier data update systems it could up to 24 hours for tracking data to be updated.
• Order by 3pm for next day delivery.
• We deliver between 11-4pm daily.
• To do our part to reduce the spread of Covid19 we are currently only offering Contactless Delivery.
• We will still alert you when your order is delivered via doorbell or knocking and email and text but we will leave your order at your doorstep.
Ground Shipping Estimates
• This map shows estimate transit times for orders with UPS Ground shipping selected only, not '2nd Day' or 'Next Day'.
• We cannot guarantee a specific arrival date for Ground Shipping due to varying transit times.
• Yellow and Orange areas are 1-3 business days estimate. Green and Red areas are 3-5 business days estimate.
• Orders originate in Houston, Texas.
• Transit times start when packages are shipped not when an order is placed.
